Cuttack : Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has laid the foundation stone of the Netaji bus terminal in Cuttack. The bus terminal will cost Rs 65 crore. The state-of-the-art bus terminal will be built on a 12-acre site in Khannagar. The bus terminal can accommodate 180 buses।
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik arrived in Cuttack by helicopter from Bhubaneswar. From there, the Chief Minister laid a wreath at Netaji’s birthplace at Janakinath Bhavan, Netaji’s birthplace in Cuttack Odia Bazar. He then hoisted the flag।
From there, the chief minister laid the foundation stone of the Netaji bus terminal in Khannagar. The Chief Minister visited the bus terminal area and inspected its design. The bus terminal will be built on about 12 acres. A sum of Rs 65 crore has been earmarked for this. The bus terminal can accommodate up to 180 buses at a time।
