Struggling with Morning Vomiting? Here Are 4 Tips to Help

Many times after waking up in the morning, the stomach feels bloated and acidity is felt. Due to this problems like headache and dizziness can also occur. At the same time, similar problems occur in morning sickness during pregnancy, due to which women can feel very uncomfortable. While nausea, vomiting, headache, and sour burps make one feel irritable throughout the day, it also affects health.

Vomiting occurs in the morning due to these reasons:

Many times mental pressure, eating food very late at night, fatigue, and traveling too much affect the digestive system of people. This can cause stomach problems like bloating, acidity, and vomiting. At the same time, when the level of electrolytes in the body becomes imbalanced, then due to that people may have problems like vomiting and nausea.

Ways to reduce the problem of morning vomiting:

If you often complain of vomiting and headache after waking up in the morning, then first of all increase the amount of liquid in your diet. Drink water at short intervals throughout the day. Also drink buttermilk, coconut water (coconut oil), and vegetable juice. This will increase the electrolyte balance in the body and there will be no problem of vomiting.

Eat less amount of food:

Pay attention to your diet. Whatever you eat, eat in less quantity. Avoid eating spicy and deep-fried foods. Therefore, keep a little gap between two meals and avoid eating without feeling hungry.

Black salt:

Eating a small amount of black salt daily also reduces stomach problems and morning vomiting. You can add black salt to things like salad, chaat, and buttermilk.

Drink lemon tea:

Drinking lemon tea in the morning can also provide relief from problems like vomiting and morning sickness. Boil some ginger in water and then add lemon juice and honey to it and drink it.

Chew fennel:

Chewing fennel seeds can also provide relief from problems like nausea, dizziness, and vomiting. It also reduces stomach gas.
