15 Labourers Crushed Under Truck-
Surat : A painful accident has occurred in Gujarat in the early hours today. On Tuesday, 15 of the migrant laborers sleeping on the roadside in Surat district of Gujarat died after being hit by a truck. police gave this information. Police said the incident occurred near Kosamba village, about 60 km from Surat. He said that all the migrant laborers killed were from Rajasthan।
Police said the truck crushed the sleeping workers on the Kim-Mandvi route. Of these, 12 people died on the spot, while three of the eight injured died in the hospital. He informed that the truck driver has been arrested. PM Modi has expressed grief over this incident and compensation has been announced to the family of the deceased।
Two lakh rupees will be given compensation to the families of the people who lost their lives in this accident from the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund, while 50 thousand rupees will be given to each injured।
