Toilet Scam In Odisha BDO and JE Suspended-
Nabarangpur: Nabarangpur district Jharigaon block BDO Debendra Bahadur Singh Dharua has been suspended. The BDO has been suspended by the State Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water Department on Saturday. also Jharigaon block Junior Engineer (JE) on charges of corruption in toilet construction under the Central scheme of Swachh Bharat Mission।
Extensive corruption in the construction of toilets in the Jharigaon block was reported in the media. Nabarangpur Collector Dr. Ajit Kumar Mishra ordered an investigation of these allegations and submit a report।
Nabarangpur DRDA project director Ramakant Nayak investigated the incident on the orders of the district magistrate. The Panchayati Raj department of the state government has suspended the BDO after interpreting the investigation report।
